If you are not happy with any aspect of your experience with Jim’s, please contact the franchisee first, they need to be given the first opportunity to rectify things.

If you are not satisfied with the franchisee, then contact the customer call centre on 131 546. There you will be put in contact with the Regional Franchisor, who will attempt to rectify the dispute.

If neither can satisfy your complaint, we will mutually agree on an industry expert to inspect or discuss the job (at our expense) and will arrange to settle as per their decision. However if
the industry expert agrees that no fault lies with the franchisee, then the client pays for the inspection / assessment and the matter is closed.
